SHIPPING

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. 

If you refuse to pick up your package for us, you will be charged for the cost of returning package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with you post office. We do not issue a refund for packages that is being delivered.  

 

Shipping times

Majority of all orderes arrive between 10 to 20 business days for the date it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date the order is placed. In rare cases the shipping can take up to 30 business days for your package to arrive.

After your payment is authorized and verified, we will process your order as soon as possible, but it can still take up to 3 to 5 business days to get your order shipped.

Taxes

Not all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limit for duty free packages are established by your local customs authorities.
